If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase Diamond In The Rough Boutique will gladly offer an exchange for the same item or value of purchase. Returns will only be accepted if item is damaged and full refund will be given. Returned items must be in new, unused condition. Exchanges and returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase.

Any SALE item will not be accepted for return or exchanges!

Diamond In The Rough Boutique has the right to refuse any returns/exchanges.

All orders will be processed within 3-5 business days. Main shipping carrier will be USPS. We will do our best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible but in the event that there is a delay, Diamond In The Rough will reach out personally.

CURBSIDE PICKUPS

Will be previously arranged between the customer and Diamond In The Rough. An email will be sent when order is ready for pick up.
